Monthly Cleaning Required: A professional cleaning is required every 30 days and will be charged to your card on file.
Trash Disposal: Guests must dispose of trash according to local rules. Fines for improper disposal are the guest’s responsibility.
Monthly Inspections: A brief inspection is required every 30 days. We’ll give you at least 24 hours’ notice.
Accurate Guest Count: Only registered guests are allowed. Undisclosed guests or pets may result in a $50/night fee or early termination without a refund.
