Reservations of 1-5 Nights: $50/pet
Reservations of 6-20 Nights: $100/pet
Long Term Reservations of 21+ Nights: $175/pet
***Note: the maximum pet fee for a long term reservation (21+ Nights) will be $175/pet per month
**Long-Term Stays**
1) It is required that guests remove garbage from the home during their stay. The current guest will pay any garbage or automotive-related city fines during your stay that are imposed by the apartment complex or otherwise. We are not responsible for any city fines.
2) It is required that guests will need to pay for extra cleanings during a long-term stay of 30 days or more. We require that a cleaning of the home is necessary (1) once per month. Fees will be applied to the platform or payment method of the original reservation.
3) We will from time to time stop in to check in on the home with monthly inspections. Guests will be informed 24 hours prior to arrival.
Our guests can access the entire apartment space and enjoy the two courtyards. Please, make yourself at home. Please Respect the Other Tenants and the Apartment Complex
