The pool will be closed starting September 3rd and will reopen in the spring.
IMPORTANT:
Guests are required to complete the digital boarding pass before check-in. This includes ID verification, and agreeing to a security deposit or damage waiver.
The $250 security deposit – is a hold, not a payment, and it’s fully released as long as our cleaning team confirms everything is in order at checkout.
The Accidental Damage Waiver – is a one-time $49 non-refundable fee that helps cover small damages and normal wear and tear during stays.
Security Notice:
For the safety and security of all guests, exterior doorbell cameras are installed outside each apartment unit, monitoring the building’s interior hallways. Please note that no interior cameras are present, in strict adherence to guest privacy policies and platform guidelines.
