**Long-Term Stays**
1) It is required that guests remove garbage from the home during their stay. The current guest will pay any garbage or automotive-related city fines during your stay that are imposed by the apartment complex or otherwise. We are not responsible for any city fines.
2) It is required that guests will need to pay for extra cleanings during a long-term stay of 30 days or more. We require that a cleaning of the home is necessary (1) once per month. Fees will be applied to the platform or payment method of the original reservation.
3) We will from time to time stop in to check in on the home with monthly inspections. Guests will be informed 24 hours prior to arrival.
Our guests have access to the entire apartment space. Please, make yourself at home.
There is an elevator for your convenience or you can use the stairs as well.

This apartment is located on the third floor as part of a complex and has its own private keyed entrance at the front door on Market Street, but the side door is commonly used as the main entrance as the elevator is located there.

There is a parking lot right next door to our building and it’s $15 – $45 for 24 hours. Otherwise, it’s free parking on Sundays a few blocks away and meter parking other days between 8 am to 8 pm. TAKE ALL VALUABLES WITH YOU!
